PET POLICY

                        

We have pet friendly rentals here at University Village Apartments in Edmond, Oklahoma.

     We welcome you and your pet.

     We accept certain pets. They must be well behaved and do not damage the dwelling, disturb neighbors, or constitute a threat to staff or residents. The Pets must be at least one year of age, housebroken, and spayed or neutered if a dog or cat. (Written proof required).  Pet offspring are not allowed.  Bulldogs are not welcome.  If your pet is other than a dog or cat it needs to be caged.

        All pets must be licensed and vaccinated as required by law.
